Just to reinterate what I said in the CB: have a look at A Practical Guide to Compiling C based Modules under ActiveState using Microsoft C++ another of tachyon's great module installation guides. I've been toiling for several hours to follow the directions in the "Practical Guide" to no avail. It seems many paths have changed! "Sanity is the playground of the unimaginative" -Unknown	[reply]

if you don't have a possibility to build a module for Windows, you need to install binaries of that module. (otherwise just usual sequence will work: `perl Makefile.pl` and so on) Do you have C compiler for compiling perl module?	[reply] [d/l]

Try ppd files from http://www.vkonovalov.ru/tcltk-misc/perl-TclTk-0.87.zip Those appeared to be much easier to create than I initially thought :) At weekend I'll try packing into PPD entire Tcl, so user will not have to install Tcl/Tk.	[reply]
