If the author can be contacted and is willing to transfer, they can transfer ownership by changing permissions at PAUSE. If the module has been abandoned and the author cannot be contacted, emailing modules@perl.org about taking over maintenance and transfering permissions is right the way to get started. -xdg Code written by xdg and posted on PerlMonks is public domain.
