#!/usr/bin/perl my @three_virtues; my $author = "Colin McMillen"; use warnings; use strict; my $laziness = int(rand(2)); my $impatience = int(rand(2)); my $hubris = int(rand(2)); code_intelligently() or die "not enough laziness"; code_quickly() or die "not enough impatience"; code_perfectly() or die "not enough hubris"; sub code_intelligently { return $laziness } sub code_quickly { return $impatience } sub code_perfectly { return $hubris }
(Note: The first three times I ran this poem, it told me I didn't have enough hubris.)
