England and Wales Date::Manip *Holiday config 2005 to 2008

Description: This is an updated England and Wales *Holiday section for Date::Manip config file, for years 2005 to 2008. If (like me) you maintain a number of apps that calculate the number of "business days" between two dates using Date::Manip::DateCalc() then you may find this useful. It's a minor thing, but it might save you a few tedious minutes. Information obtained from UK DTI web site.
