I know what your 'sir' means, but the .exe for Perl programs is intended to be perl.exe. This question has been asked many times, and there is a pretty good answer here.
Regarding your request to send mail to you with the answer - that's not how this site generally works. You pose a question, you may get answers, and you can optionally use the Chatterbox nodelet to discuss it. We aren't a free confidential advice service. :)
