Have you tried Googling for an answer? Using the search term "active directory" perl revealed some potentially useful answers:

Generally speaking, if your question is so general that sample data is not necessary then you should google and super search for an answer first.

[stevieb]: absolutely. Free professional IDEs and related software for all the langs I write in, and I wanted CLion because it's a C IDE that can communicate directly with an Arduino
