I suggest you read the Perl Monks guide to the Monastery, PerlMonks FAQ, and especially 174051#rtfm again.And I suggest you drop the snobbery. It stinks. Hard.
The monestary is a place for learning. In that respect, I don't think my comparison to a school is not that far off the mark. Further, the OP learned something today: the existance of job.perl.org. He also learned that certain people are really, really uptight. Or maybe that's just what I learned.
