I guess that depends on your definition of "rush hour traffic". My definition is the traffic that affects me in So. California (LA/Orange/San Diego Counties). And rush "hour" can be a misnomer, since the traffic can likely last all day. I maintain that unless I'm riding in airwolf, it wouldn't be less time. I wasn't talking about you :-)
