It's beginning to look a lot like Fishmas...

Yes indeed, it's that time of year again. Soon you will be able toshould head on over to http://advent.pm.org/ for a daily fix of perly goodness. Spread the word.

In the mean time, I'm still looking for a few more contributors who can follow a simple formula ;-) to turn out three or four entries. /msg me or follow the white rabbit to one of my mail public mail addresses.

UPDATE: Josh McAdams just posted an interview on perlcast.

It worked for me the first three days, but now I am not able to get there. I'm getting timeouts. This is happening at the name resolution step, so the webserver itself is probably fine, but nonetheless, I am unable to access the site, since I don't have its IP address memorized.

Is this a known problem today, or is my ISP's domain server having issues? (Other domains I've tried seem to resolve fine, including the one for the interview...)

Sanity? Oh, yeah, I've got all kinds of sanity. In fact, I've developed whole new kinds of sanity. You can just call me "Mister Sanity". Why, I've got so much sanity it's driving me crazy.

[TStanley]: I'm sitting in the airport in Tampa, Florida at the moment, getting ready to head home.
[talexb]: TStanley I'm flying to Vegas in two weeks time. After that flights leaving Vegas and Phoenix are late at night .. I've been hearing that it gets so hot that the air isn't dense enough for planes to take off. Weird. Guess you won't have that problem.
