Has anyone written a Subversion Repository Reporting program?
Of course they have! What am I thinking?

But do you know where I can find it?

    There are a whole bunch of such tools (plus just about everything else to do with subversion) under the SVN namespace, though they are not collected into a single package.

      FishEye is pretty Good, does what more than one would need.
