    Please reformat your question to make it readable. Read How (Not) To Ask A Question.

    Add the Perl code you have made up yourself before you started asking questions and please clearly define the desired output and the input (use _DATA_)

    Have you written any code so far? If so, can you show us?
    In any case, I'd suggest looking at some of the XML modules on CPAN (here).
    In case you have little experience in writing perl as it is, I'd look at the Tutorials section, and don't forget to use Super Search.
