Have you set the appropriate variables to allow the test suite to connect to a database to actually perform the tests? It would be useful to see what steps you'd already taken, as they sound as if they're non-standard. Is Oracle installed on this machine? Or at least the client? Where are the libraries installed? Are they in your LD_LIBRARY_PATH? Which shell are you running the commands from? What timezone are you in? rdfield
