I don't get any error message with Active State Perl. But when I execute the same command line on cygwin (and commenting out the `use Win32;` line), I get the following error: `Error in begin: syntax error at (eval 4) line 2, near "; ="` [download] Could the same error be happening on Active State but is not outputted to command prompt? lupey	[reply] [d/l] [select]
