Code Catacombs "Contact Info" field useless

I propose immediately deprecating the "Contact Info" field of the Code Catacombs node type — that is, removing it from the Code submission form and from the Code display page.

In a huge preponderance of instances, the author either leaves the field blank or puts in their PerlMonks username. If the poster really wants to include other contact info, they can do so in the description field or in the code's embedded documentation, and in fact that is conventional for the kind of code this section is intended for. As it is, the section documentation says the Contact Info should be considered "very optional". Let's just get rid of it. It serves no useful purpose.

On the other hand, I think the contact info field should be displayed on those older code nodes where it is filled out and may contain useful information. I could obviously move the information to the description field in codes where I've filled it, but there's no chance that the authors do this with all code.

I fully agree with ambrus that this change should only have effect for the future. Some authors may have used it and still rely upon this field for contact purposes.

Perhaps the info can be extracted and inserted automatically in the description field? That way we get rid of the field, but the info is not lost.
