I have been a monk for nearly 6 years and have been through every single configurable setting many times. I do not recall ever seeing an option not to appear in Other Users. I could just be mistaken.

I have just found this New ticker login for PM XML clients but am unsure if it is the same as the Cloaking mechanism.
