My guess would be that you're not taking into account the webserver's CGI mapping to the script. If you've specified the physical filename (as the OS sees it), then the webserver will not be able to find it. Have you verified that your CGI script can find the resources specified in the qx// ? BTW, you don't need to act so pathetically desperate. Monks like patience, and will generally tend to help you faster if you don't act like that. Your wish is my commandline.
