I agree with looking for 'dev' packages. That's why rpm's suck, they break up package installations. I think "install your dev package" is the number 1 answer for problems on rpm based systems. Slackware rules!!!!! :-) I'm not really a human, but I play one on earth Remember How Lucky You Are
