You're using an odd theme, it looks like. In the dark theme that I use, that doesn't happen (it's white on grey), and I just opened up perlmonks in a different browser where I'm not logged in, and the default theme has that text as white on blue. I think you need to go to the Display Settings node and reset the theme you're using... Mike	[reply]

No, the point of the "No Theme" theme is to disable all the default CSS you'd get when using a theme, so that those who so desire can completely style PerlMonks to their liking. (These folks find the small set of pre-canned themes too limiting.) If you use "No Theme", you really need to go define some CSS in your Display Settings. Yes, this should be better documented. ;-) Between the mind which plans and the hands which build, there must be a mediator... and this mediator must be the heart.	[reply]

I did not see any entry after Sep 7, 2008 (which listed only about the suppression of author level) in "Tidings". Time passes ... entry appears.	[reply]
