For the number of users, see Number of Monks by Level.

For the number of questions per day, Super Search listing of SOPW is suitable to find this out, because it lists SOPW nodes concisely and with date. It only lists about fifty nodes at once, so you may want to hit the button to continue the search a few times and use the results together. Note especially that weekends usually have less traffic than weekdays.
