    It's much better than nothing, although not perfect.
    Somehow I knew someone would bring this up.

    And I know why you knew it - because it's not obvious how to find it. RSS feeds are usually linked in the page header with <link rel="alternate" type="application/rss+xml" href="..."> so that the browser or feed readers can discover it automatically.

    Having neither that nor a link labeled "RSS" or "Feed" or so renders it basically invisible - except for those who had the luck of reading this thread ;-)

      The meditations now have a RSS feed, linked through <link rel="...">. Thanks for hand-feeding me the parts :)

        Now all the sections have RSS links.
