I saw The Perl Journal #20 in SoftPro in Burlington last night and one of the staff said that it was selling well. I didn't buy one because I have a subscription. But now I am getting paranoid that since I moved recently my copy will not make it to me (for some reason I think I updated my address though). Does anyone know the link to the subscription DB or is it still offline pending some time from John Orwant.

I was wondering what the deal was with that too. I haven't moved and have a subscription yet haven't received a copy.

I checked The Perl Journal but it just says that they should ship out April 20th and most subscribers should get them the first week of May.

Now it says most so I'm not overly paranoid yet.

The TPJ website says that individual copies were just mailed on 15 May. The hold up was a postage deposit from the (old) publisher (Earthweb). I'm a subscriber and haven't received mine yet either. I expect we'll all get them in the next week or so. Yippie!!

I don't want to gloat... I got mine yesterday. It must have arrived a couple of days ago because it was forwarded from my old address. Being a UK resident I expected to be one of the last to receive it. Don't worry though, I am sure it will arrive. Maybe send an email to subscriptions at tpj.com to check if you haven't received your copy by next week.

Suffice it to say that it's a gem of an issue and I haven't got any work done today as a result. There are articles from several Monks.
