perl2010 has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

I'm not sure if this was a common library back in the 90s or not. But we have lost it and I've searched Google and cannot find it now. Does anyone have a copy of it? It would be from like 1995-1998.

I assume this relates to Is this code in Perl or CGI?, I've never heard of as a commonly know script. I suspect it is something unique to your organisation. If I were you I'd restore it from your last known backup.

Where did these scripts come from? Is there an original author you can contact? What was the name of the other CGI script that calls Have you Googled that?
If you can find that script you may find an archive which includes the utility script you're looking for.
