My interpretation (gskoli can correct me if I got it wrong, when he is around), is that the OP would prefer 31 groups of 6, but if that is impossible--or perhaps if it would take/is taking too long to find--he would accept a fw groups of 5 or 4 to use up the remaining numbers. At this point, it is not entirely clear to me if the dataset is a one off? Or if it will vary in size etc. Examine what is said, not who speaks -- Silence betokens consent -- Love the truth but pardon error.
