Another one.. along the lines of What platform? is to describe your environment (i.e. do you have a firewall, do you have permission on the server to execute or create files, etc..). This will not only help other monks to understand the situation, but possibly give a certain "realization" to the post-er - and might even solve the problem before it's posted to SoPW.
