Perl Command Line Interpreter has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Windows error showing and send report and report has below

AppName: perl.exe AppVer: 5.8.8.819 ModName: odbc.dll ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 00005f88

    I presume that is a dialogue Windows displayed to say the perl.exe program has hit an access violation or something like that. If so and it worked a week ago you need to locate what you changed as I'm not going to attempt to hunt down an access violation on Windows, remotely, via this forum.

    Apparently someone screw up your Perl installation. Such errors are common when one version of perl tries to load a module compiled for a different version. Any chance someone tried to update a module by copying the .dll manualy from a different installation? Or someone installed a new perl over the old directory? In either case a clean reinstall of Perl is the surest solution.
