Looking at the documentation, it looks like you should be able to:

./Build install --binhtml '' --libhtml ''
[download]

How would I get cpan or cpanp (what i prefer) to pass those along? CPANPLUS buildflags only works for Build.PL :/	[reply]

CPANPLUS::Dist::Build which CPANPLUS uses to handle Module::Build based distributions did not honour buildflags prior to version 0.36 `0.36 Sat Jul 4 14:51:42 BST 2009 - Make install() honour the buildflags directive, absence spotted by Matt Trout` [download] Upgrade CPANPLUS::Dist::Build and buildflags should work for install	[reply] [d/l]

Actually that didn't work, it still generates `blib/libhtml/site/lib/MBhtml.html`	[reply] [d/l]
