      Thanks... but i m new to bioperl..plz help me on this..when i used the following error msg comes "Target sequence not defined" where is $bio_seq?

    I'd guess that it'll be more marketable if the double helix pattern is a prominent part of the decoration (perhaps in gold, to contrast with the blue base recommended above), and that all graphic ads use a viewpoint that emphasize the way the tool's shape itself suggests a double helix.
