New OO perldocs

I found this via Gabor Zabo's Perl Weekly Newsletter mentioned here recently:
   My New OO Docs for the Perl Core Have Been Merged by Dave Rolsky.

Here's a quick list of the changes:

• A new tutorial: perlootut
• Eliminating perltoot, perltooc, perlboot and perlbot
• Revision an expansion of perlobj
