Otherwise, most likely, you will need to recreate the graphs from the original data using a suitable charting module.

To that end (should the OP decide to use something sane):

Personally, I really like gnuplot. There are other ideas in the nodes below.

I'm also looking at SVG for a project of mine (An SVG Case Study: Integrated, Dynamic Avalanche Forecasting has some nice examples).
