Go to http://pm.org and find a Perl Mongers group in your area. Attend the local meeting. There is a http://ny.pm.org, as well as several others that couldn't be too far away. I find that every time I attend a Perl Mongers meeting in So. Cal. there are people there looking for programmers, and people there looking for work. Dave
