I ended up doing it myself: Change \packages\Perl\Perl.sublime-build file in the Sublime Text install to the following:

{ "cmd": ["perl", "-w", "$file"], "file_regex": ".* at (.*) line ([0-9]*)", "selector": "source.perl" }
