    I happen to know "BT" stands for "British Telecom", but you may want to tell us more about just what sort of beastie you're seeking to name. I bet then you'll get some useful responses.

    Is the format used only in Britain, or has it also been adopted elsewhere? If it's only in Britain, then the module names should probably include "GB" somewhere.

    Maybe something like Phone::Emergency::GB::FileReader, Phone::Emergency::GB::FileWriter, etc?
