cpan problems

themoops has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

Hi,

I had a problem with a module, so I go to cpan

So I type "i File::Path"

and I get this:

This is on centos 5, I did some updates, and it seems to have screwed some perl stuff up.

Any ideas what's wrong? Thanks.
