I don't bother to install Visual C++ and test the result then -- it's too large.
Maybe Microsoft decides to write its own library in a complete different behavior.

Reverse direction of the smiley: (Like this: (: )
Use angle/square brackets instead of parentheses
Use C-style commenting to set the smiley off from the closing parenthesis
