Ya gotta laugh at (or really pity) some people: O snicker at an ironic comment made by someone because the irony was funny, and 2/3 people mark me down for finding someone's intentional irony, humorous.

Truly sad (or very humorous...I can't decide). Hmmm...obviously I'm putting way too much energy into this.

      You think that was irony?!

What the person posted here was.

i.e. "the one person A (me) thought was especially good" was thought to be among the worst..."by person b.

It's like Worf believing that prune juice is a warrior drink, when it is more often associated as a natural laxative more often used by the elderly and infirm.

He held not just a slightly different view of something than the people around him -- but VERY opposite -- something for a Warrior.

        Definition of irony:

        irony/ˈīrənē/
        Noun:
The expression of one's meaning by using language that normally signifies the opposite, typically for humorous or emphatic effect.
In this case the person posting was doing so more for emphatic effect, but it was still humorous, that I need to explain this, reminds me of Picard attempting to explain humor to Data.

In case you were wondering, that's also an ironic statement. *stiffled giggle*
