Freezer has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

Hi,

I have both Perl and Perl64 on my machine. These folders each have sub folders with libraries in them, as in folder:lib. When I call up ppm how will it know where to put the cpan modules? Also, how do I activate use of Perl64 instead of Perl. The other question I have is regarding removing a subfolder from the lib directory. My windows PC won’t let me do that by right clicking. It says that another program is using the folder. I don't want to have to reboot unless I really need to.

Your path setting/path enviromental variable determined which PPM is called, unless the current directory is someperl/bin.
