Getting error for html2text.pl running to view the perldoc for Wx

I am getting an error to view perldoc Wx as the system asked for html2text.pl or lynx. I have downloaded the html2text.pl from CPAN and tried to run it manually. The below is the error thrown by the console when I started to run the html2text.pl. What is the best solution. Please help.

How did you download html2text.pl? It looks like you didn't install its dependencies. If you use `cpan` to install modules, it will take care of all the dependencies for you. Checking its prequisites on CPAN, it looks like it only has one: `perl -MCPAN -e 'install Text::Format HTML::TreeBuilder'` [download]	[reply] [d/l] [select]
