when its under heavy stress (around like 500 connections being made at approximately the same time), and runs commands that take a while to process, Are you running into a system resources limit? Have you checked your memory usage of the script when it hits 500 threads? Google for ulimit windows for some tips. I'm not really a human, but I play one on earth.
