, having tools that alter loading DLLs (like FRAPS or Detours) can affect loading Ruby’s extensions. It is recommended you disable/uninstall FRAPS.

I don't use FRAPS (some DirectX thing)

depends.exe profile showed only depends.dll hooking other dlls

so i'm using all 32 bit everything, nothing else is hoooking that I see, there are no spaces in paths, load sha1 first breaks libxml, load other way its fine
