- Vim
- perldoc/cpandoc
- Programming Perl and Learning Perl
- Git with Github
- strict and warnings
- Perlmonks and Stack Overflow
- Perl::Critic
- Windows 7/8 - sometimes Ubuntu
- Pencil and paper - necessary when designing and brain storming
- Firefox or Chrome
I could probably go on for a while, but those are my Top 10.
