From March 13th to 15th the 15th German Perl Workshop will take place at the Betahaus in Berlin.
The target audience are serious perl programmers/users and those want to become such. The main language will be german but there will be some talks in english also.
You can find the schedule of talks here: http://act.yapc.eu/gpw2013/schedule
The prices: http://act.yapc.eu/gpw2013/preise.html
Traditionally we organize a dinner for all on one of the evenings, the Social Event.
This will take place on Thursday. Unlike most of the times, it won't take place in a restaurant. Wait and see ;-)
Additionally we organize an optional dinner on wednesday. For details see:
Also have a look at our wiki: http://act.yapc.eu/gpw2013/wiki
For example you can find a list of hotels and see who is coming to the preconference meeting.
We are looking forward to welcome many interested participants. This is the first time for the workshop to take place in Berlin and we hope that you will enjoy it.
We want the participants to feel comfortable, so we would like to provide a workshop free from harassment and discrimination. Of course having fun is also an important thing, but in doubt better think twice about making a joke or not. Please talk to us if you have any problem at the workshop.
