I am new to Perl and i am learning Perl.I want to get it installed in my office.But as its a secured cabin , we dont have any rights to install or to run any .exe files.Unfortunately , installation department dont have this software.Can any one please let us know how to run a perl programme with out doing perl installation?
Is there any thing back way like if we install visual studio , automatically C Compiler will be installed and we can run C Programmes.is there any kind of this technique available for perl also?
Note : All the major softwares(visual studio , data stage,SAP BO ,JAVA etc...) are available at installation department .
Please help me on this...
