I voluntarily stick with an older browser (NN4)
because I'm hooked on Roaming Access, though
I fought the move to NN4 and stuck with NN3 for
some time. Personally I too do not care so much
about explicit "support" (aesthetics) for my older
browser as long as it doesn't get explicitly
locked out, which of course the monastery would never do.
As for you browser issue, what platform?
If Linux have you tried Galleon?
If Windows have you tried
K-meleon?

Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
<code> <a> <b> <big>
<blockquote> <br /> <dd>
<dl> <dt> <em> <font>
<h1> <h2> <h3> <h4>
<h5> <h6> <hr /> <i>
<li> <nbsp> <ol> <p>
<small> <strike> <strong>
  <table>
<td> <th> <tr> <tt>
<u> <ul>
-
Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
