Does anyone have a recommendation for a setup on Windows with a C compiler that will work with most C code containing modules from CPAN? Preferable a free one. About three years ago a non perl colleague tried to help me with installing a C compiler for this purpose but we got lost in the land of compiler flags. (I've got and use nmake already),
