Definitely clueful management for me as I work for my wife's family.
The nice things are though:
- I *do* get to use Perl, although nobody there understands what the hell I'm doing. It's usually enough for them to retrieve e-mail.
- I do get "nap time" since I have my own office, an air matress, and a pillow.
- having my own office means I can usually play whatever I want on the radio - usually BBC Radio 6 - and the volume usually indicates my mood - the louder the music the worse mood ;)
On the other hand, better compensation would be nice. Telecommuting too, but then I'd miss the daily chariot races to San Francisco. ;)
There is no emoticon for what I'm feeling now.
