If you don't have anything constructive to bring to the table, feel free to go somewhere where mindless abuse is appreciated, or at least somewhere where mindless abuse is greeted in kind. Like the youtube comments or something.

Otherwise, if you think you've got a useful statement to make, you could try to not starting every post with a personal insult.
