Update: In case my intent isn't clear,
I want to mention that I'm not trying to discourage
bringing up ideas that have already been said before.
On the contrary, I think that re-starting discussion
every so often reminds us of the idea and also allows
people who missed the earlier discussion to add input.
I think the new discussion is just better when it draws
upon all the ideas that came up during previous iterations.
Oh, and I don't think darobin misunderstood my intent,
I just felt it could be misunderstood when I reread my
