Knights of Perl |
| |
The world turns,
a pearl in space,
whilst on its surface lies
A bunch who learns
that Perl's the place
where limits pass the skies.
This bunch has found
life's truly best
is almost always free;
So when with mound
of Perl they're blest
they sit down happily.
And with said code
they seek to fight
an endless syntax war--
Yet in this mode
the valiant knight
must never think it chore.
Successful ones
are always those
with programs lean and fast--
When well it runs,
the good knight knows
the war is won at last.
