Thank you very much for investing so much work into such an important site.

That said, the new style could use some major improvements. For example the menu texts, white or light gray on dark gray isn't very easy to read, and I find the red box informing me that I need javascript rather annoying.

It informs me that "many features" require javascript, but when I turned it on I only got the floating title bar - did I miss something?

I know that it's not your fault, but I find it quite ironic that the one major perl site that had a rather good design got a major style change, while many other sites would have needed it much more.

Snippets of code should be wrapped in <code> tags not <pre> tags. In fact, <pre> tags should generally be avoided. If they must be used, extreme care should be taken to ensure that their contents do not have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor intervention).
