No, you are missing the point of my comment. You said: Also, it might reduce replies to old nodes, which should really be new questions in SOPW There are assumptions there (reawakening threads, etc.), and I was addressing some of them.
Sorry, but I did not miss that point. Those assumptions, reawakening threads, was never implied or assumed, its completely besides my point, that its hard to find where to ask a NEW QUESTION.
Have you never seen replies considered for Move to SOPW/SOPWify...?
Don't you think its because they couldn't find where to ask a NEW QUESTION?

Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
<code> <a> <b> <big>
<blockquote> <br /> <dd>
<dl> <dt> <em> <font>
<h1> <h2> <h3> <h4>
<h5> <h6> <hr /> <i>
<li> <nbsp> <ol> <p>
<small> <strike> <strong>
  <table>
<td> <th> <tr> <tt>
<u> <ul>
-
Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
